I am become r-slur, ignorer of readmes

My many fans will remember this post where I blame my kernel/amd for not being able to run Red dead 2.

Turns out there was a file in the Redistributables folder I needed to run first which would install vulkan and make it just work. It was mentioned in the readme and everything.

What the frick? Who in their right mind gave this a positive review?

The open world is darn near perfect.

The actual main story and side missions are just 30-50 hours of journobait. With few exceptions if it's marked on your map it's slop and if not it's probably good.

I'm glad to hear we can skip the boring shit and only play the side quests.

Holy shit this game sucks. 30 minutes in and it's just overanimated bullshit I don't care about. Hold R to search the cubboard x 5, clam the horse, pat the horse, lead the horse, for fricks sake who was this made for? Who has time for this? I'm going to use up all my down time on this and never leave the tutorial

and and chaining 4 cut scenes in a row! wtf is this?!

Someone ping g*mers for me

Play one of the Yakuza games instead.

Are you trying to frick with me? They're even worse. The only Yakuza game I liked even a little was 0 (it let you skip cut scenes). Tried playing another, it made me run back and forth to a shop 4 times and I outright uninstalled it when I couldn't play the next mission because it wanted me, the player, to walk around a fricking lot looking for a piece of paper to get by a guard IN A FIGHTING GAME

Whole series is dogshit

No, they're my favorite games. Try Like a Dragon, it's an RPG. If you don't like RPGs, try Judgment instead.

Or just play a puzzle game, or something. Balatro, there you go. Sounds like you're just not into the whole third person action adventure go-around-and-do-shit kinda game.

No I am, when it respects my time. Frick me there's no excuse to treat the player like a massive cute twink "Oh you wanted to play a game? FRICK YOU WALK SLOWLY THRU SNOW"

The movement speed might be the biggest piss off about this game. STOP WASTING MY TIME AND LET ME SPRINT

The game is pretty but holy shit I have 0 time for it when it feels like one side quest can take hours.

People reviewed this game positively?

The 2nd "mission" (tutorial) not only should've been a cut scene, it drops you into a cut scene where you the player have to walk!. A cut scene I can't skip or ignore!
