But like, a water hose just turns the sand into mud and you can't like hose the sand out of your bags and purse without getting everything wet. This is a moisture-free, dry clean.

I'm trying to search for an example of this already being a thing, and I haven't found one so far. You could be a coin op air compressor king if you wanted to invest. See if you can buy a coin air compressor and rent a good spot to stick it at a beach. Somewhere BIPOCs and children and homeless won't just smash it. See if anyone cares enough to use it over a water spigot.
