Nah, not even the Democratic People's Republics went that far, they just redefined democracy to have a dedicated vanguard. Which they're already somewhat doing with their credentialism and "trust the experts".
You can find old Romanian books about "Scientific" Socialism, filled with absolute garbage, but if you questioned it's validity you could be thrown into a psyche ward and diagnosed with sluggish schizophrenia. I wouldn't be surprised if racism becomes a recognized mental disorder within the next ten years.
