Biden never called Kamala the "border czar"; he simply put her in charge of handling the border crisis.
It was the media that labeled her the "border czar", and the media has a responsibility to represent the facts correctly, and the fact is she is not a border czar, so the media is correct in making sure she is not labeled as one.
