If recognizing Big Pharma for the evil that it is makes you a commie, I don't want to be an anti-commie. The American medical industry is rotten to the very core, even systems from 100+ years ago were made to work against the people. The corrupt institutions have been in place for so long that no one alive remembers what it was like to have functional institutions anymore.
