In America you have problem with corrupt cops who are too brutal and aggressive. They are functioning at the level of people at their IQ level.

In America you have self centered waiters and servers who spit in your food if the tip is not big enough. They are behaving at their IQ level.
The biggest problems in America are all relating to problems with human behavior now. It is no longer an issue of technology but an issue of further civilizing the American person in relation to how they should treat one another, but the issue is that it doesn't matter how much money or effort is invested into this endeavor. American society, or any society, simply cannot rise above the standard of conduct that can exists in relation to their IQ level.
At the end of the day, American society can never rise up to the level of civilization or stability to be found in Chinese or Japanese society, because it has zero relation to how much money you have, but is completely related to how good you are at not behaving like an r-slur.
At the end of the day, the average American will always behave more r-slurred than the average Japanese, or the average Chinese.
In the US intelligence and skills are top down approach. Americans invest in their best citizens not their average citizen. Across the world we can see that this system results in a society stagnating and slowing down over time, as a nation is built upon its base, not its roof.
Conclusion:
American society is not going to get any better. It's the people stupid. Every American immigration application should have an IQ test taken along with it, banning anyone with an IQ below 110 from entering the country.
