yeah but the USDS's goal isn't "governmental efficiency" it's digitizing governmental processes. trump is trying too make them responsible for hiring practices which seems quite far outside their stated definition.will prolly get jannied by the judicial system. it's not up the executive branch too broaden the scope of USDS like that.and the hiring freeze is just silly. labor only accounts for $300B of govt spend, far from what the deficient actually is, and most of the money just cycles thru the us economy vs much of the other spend_________
