that is one of many problems with GITMO
another is inhumane conditions and torture. it wouldn't be okay to send people to gitmo and waterboard them just bc they got a hearing first

There's no reason for Bukele to torture anyone. As far as I heard, the worst he did was promised the gang leaders an involuntary hunger strike if they kept menacing him with retribution from gang members still outside.
