Lately I've been going multiple days not eating above 500 calories, should I look into multivitamin if this has consequences?

I don't want to suffer hair loss or loss of energy, but I need to lose the last bit of fat I have in my thighs :marseybutt:

Considering getting multivitamin supplements so I don't have to worry about protein and vitamin as much, and can just go most of the week off of a loaf of wheat bread.

Thoughs?, Recommendations?

Are you working out? Back when I was really into losing weight, I found my thighs still looked "fat" even though I was underweight. They didn't change until I started exercising, they toned up and looked great.

I do like 25-30 miles of hiking a week (assuming no rain), I don't know if I have time for much else

That's actually a lot! Are you sure what you're seeing isn't fat but instead muscle? I know a couple of hikers and they all have huge thighs not because they're fat but because they're jacked.
