This is foids' fault.

My six-year-old boy is loud, silly, energetic and funny as frick. When he's busy with his toys or doing something important on Minecraft, he completely ignores us.

When we were on holiday he was counting down the days until we got home so he could get back to building his base in Minecraft.

Sometimes we find him in just his pants playing with cars when we're 5 minutes from leaving for school.

My wife starts asking the question "Do you think we should take him to someone for a behavioural assessment?"

Fricking no, woman.

This is all completely normal and he's going to grow up to be a fine upstanding dramatard.

I blame school staff more, they want every kid to be the same. My parents nearly got scared into giving me those drugs thanks to a b-word of a student councilor. She demanded 95% of the boys in the school get on the drugs and would berate parents who asked questions. Thank god for my teacher, Mr. E, who pulled my folks aside after their discussion with the b-word and told them that my "issue" was that I was a 10 year old boy.

God, I miss E. Only good teacher I ever had and certainly the only one I bothered to remember the name of.

Darn E might have saved you and your classmates from years of addiction and medical debt right there. God bless people like this, they are needed to counteract the psychiatry nazis who keep making a buck while never helping anyone.
