Oh absolutely. I know a guy who is a senior immunology researcher in Northwestern, and when COVID happened obviously there was a lot of grants thrown at researching it, so he did some work on it. None of the research he did was concerned with the origin of the virus, but throughout his team studying it, he said that the unofficial belief in the department was that it was an artificially modified virus. He said that pretty much everyone in his lab was on board with that version, and as for himself, he went so far as to say not that it is a viable theory, but that he is all but certain that the virus escaped the lab

The first outbreak of the plague was in China, so it's not surprising that the latest outbreak is also in China. The fact that there is a wet market and a bio lab in the city where the outbreak occurred is not evidence that the outbreak was caused by the bio lab. There is no evidence that the bio lab was doing gain of function research on coronaviruses. The only evidence that the bio lab was doing anything related to coronaviruses is that it was studying them.

The biggest redpill moment is Fauci's initial comments on whether or not to wear a mask were the truth. That has always been what medical research has suggested. Nothing short of a properly fitted and handled N95 was going to protect you. Normies were never going to do the handled part correctly so it made no sense to even recommend it.
