The part us look for in making roast pork would be the pork belly and ideally it's layered nicely maybe like this
Maybe if you can find a human body with such proportions of skin, fat and meat? Not sure how it would react to the traditional tricks to make it crispy such as poking holes in the skin and then applying a glaze of white wine vinegar before leaving it in the fridge overnight though
