The refresh for the original screens were horrible. The ghosting made it unusabt

When the GBA SP got released, Burgers and Europoors got a backlit LED screen version which is the ultimate Gameboy.

Bongland losers only got the front lit model which still kind of sucks. However, when I was about 30 I imported the backlit version from Burgerland so I could actually complete Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong Land on original hardware.

They're both super easy and short when you can actually see what you're doing.
