alright so I often have the issue where I cannot sleep well. because of this problem I have tried many methods with mixed reviews. I will share a brief overview blow, but really what I wanna know is what is your best way to fall asleep at night?!?
here's my findings from a couple years of not sleeping easily:
BEST AND HEALTHY WAYS TO SLEEP--
exercise/hit over 10k steps
have s*x/orgasm
count sheep
... but of course these things don't always work alone. and when you're fasting getting a ton of exercise is one way to feel like ur jesus carrying up the cross. SO, some hacks if you did the above:
low dose melatonin
sleepy time tea
BEST AND UNHEALTHIEST WAYS TO SLEEP--
benadryl/zzzquil (same active ingredient). hits you like a truck but it makes you feel like shit in the morning and apparently has alzeheimers links. my grandma is already enough on my hands.
drunk!! I LOVE passing out after a night of casamigos. bye bitccches, high odds I wake up with pins and needles in one of my ligaments tho.
nyquil when u don't have a cold. and also beware hatman sometimes comes too.
eating thc gummies (sleep so good but always wake up with weird visual afflictions)

I have a set of Bose Sleepbuds II to block out noises. They're very comfortable but you're limited to the noises that Bose offered, like various tonal soundscapes, cobblestones, storms, etc. If you have an alarm on your phone or get a call, it'll alert you in-bud.
Though I was annoyed to learn the app requires an internet connection to function, even after setting up -- that was a bit of an issue during my cruise when internet access was $28/day.
I can't take any of the diphenhydramine-based sleep aids. I'm not sure why exactly but it gives me this restless feeling in my arms. Like I need to bench-press a thousand pounds or flex some muscle that doesn't exist. It's a very deep dull ache in my bicep.
Can't do THC either, I get random tests at work.
