I stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee this spring and one morning, while still in my hotel, I watched a black guy ramble incoherently while he held a fast food drink cup in his hand for at least twenty minutes. Every few minutes he'd set the drink down then continue pacing back and forth on that street corner, then eventually pick it up again.
