Haven't busted in a month, probably for the first 
time since I started busting.

I don't understand why nofap is such a fricking meme these days.
Like everyone knows if you hold off on jerking off you're going to experience subtle changes in behavior.
It's not giving you super powers, it's just that Scrotes want to frick; unironicaly one of the biggest motivations for a healthy scrote is the desire to frick women. We can't help it, it's in our DNA, if you are jerking off every day it's going to diminish your desire to frick which will also reduce your motivation to do other things that will increase your chances of impressing girls so you can frick them.
30 years ago this was less of a problem because we didn't have porn piped directly into our hands 24/7 so it was a lot easier to go a few days without jerking it, especially if you were normal and had adult responsibilities. Now people hold off on jerking it for a few days and realize what normal male life is suppose to feel like.

I have come to the conclusion that alot of users literally haven't not fapped for a few days in close to a decade. It's impossible to say you don't notice a subtle difference.
