Once I was having a crying, screaming 
argument 
on the phone 
outside 
my apartment complex, and a neighbor 
I had seen but never 
chatted with stopped to ask if I was OK. I totally snapped 
at him for interrupting my phone 
call and told him to mind his own fricking 
business. He waked off and I continued crying 
on the phone.
He came back 5 minutes later 
and handed me a bottle 
of water 
and mouthed "sorry," and I took the phone away from my head to call him a freak 
and ask him why he couldn't leave 
me the frick alone. He just, like, put his hands 
up and walked back to his apartment.
When my phone 
call ended I went and knocked on the neighbors door. I said "Sorry I snapped at you. I'm obviously not doing great. Can I come in and watch 
TV?"
I went in, watched TV, fricked him, slept on his couch, and then woke up to find he'd left me a note that he went to work and to stay as long as I'd like. I stole 
200 mg of klonopin and bounced. Next time he tried to say hi I told him to leave me alone.

It's finally dawning on me that in order to have kids with someone I probably have to date them first but the people I attempt to court are subconsciously repelled by the wickedness of my wretched soul do I have to work on this or is there another way? has anyone else experienced this?

Her lease is almost up, and of course the rent is increasing by some arbitrary amount. I offer my sympathies.
About a week later she stopped by with some absolutely gorgeous NY strip steaks from the fanciest butcher in town. Then she did some other things which won't be mentioned.
Afterwards, she drops the bomb, says it "just makes sense" that she move in. She is going to make my life so much easier, "even though you hate women," she jokes.
I interrupt her pitch to explain that no one, not even prime sydney sweeney herself, is going to share the same living space with me again. I am a man of peace, not a beast of burden. I'm not looking to trade labor and resources for s*x, can't do the daily existential dread of 2000 guys on her phone, and sometimes I spend entire days sun up to sun down just chillin' with dogs instead of advancing my lot in life.
She fired back incredulously, demanding to know if my plan was to actually just live alone forever until I am old and die alone. Sounds bad when you put it like that, but I had to concede it was true.
She has been rather cold since (3 word text replies!) and I'm guessing there's someone else entering the picture sooner rather than later. Maybe I will regret this in the future, but such is the price to live in peace, sleep in your own king bed by yourself, and never have to go to a destination wedding.
