In reality I've seen complaints from Jewish pro Palestine protestors of the cops trying to "protect" them from their own protest.

If the cops falsely see Palestinians and Jews as inherently opposed then that is their problem. Not exactly sure what Israel supporters are complaining about, since they also believe this.

He wants the protests to be considered violent, but they aren't, so instead he's concocted a fantasy where they are secretly violent but the famously woke metropolitan police are turning a blind eye to it (also everyone switches their cameras off I guess).
