(2) Because we are on legal mist about legality and regulation.
(-1) This is a shit take lol.
(71) Ah.. Exposure. Truly the favorite currency of any artist. /s
(35) Yeah, that's a pretty optimistic take. In reality, working illustrators and other folks making their living in the visual arts are pretty much screwed.

All the good philosophers who were obsessed with aesthetics and shit like Kierkegaard or Schopenhauer have visual art last in the hierarchy. Music first then literature basically, visual art is just pure representation defined by space obviously AI would figure that out first.
Modern visual art is so fricking gay because so many people have the natural talent to learn technical precision it has turned into buttholes becoming legends by painting a Campbell's soup can or some jackass throwing paint at his wall and now it is like whoever can think of something stupid that art snobs and gallery jackasses haven't pretended to like yet.
They basically turn it into a shitty form of literature where its not the canvas all painted one colour except for one line going through it that is appreciated it's the nonsense that is written about it's true meaning and the ability to memorize it and deliver canned takes in a room full of people with monkey pox eating cheese and drinking wine.
The funny thing is AI just basically did something similar to what the spread of technique and art supplies to the masses did so it is just guaranteeing human made visual art stays the domain of the fricking idiots who pretend to enjoy looking at a canvas covered in a fat black women's period blood and shit or something gross like that, that she made by scooting across it on the floor. Plus it is about colonialism.
