Disclaimer: this may change at any time. This only happened very recently: last I checked months ago, it was still saying it's accessible in Russia. Also a Russian dramanaut said we aren't blocked, but multiple websites that check say we are blocked. He may be using a special setup. He may not. It may be location-specific. rdrama isn't on the Roskomnadzor blacklist.
for rdrama's russia bootlickers . That explains why I haven't seen as much Russian bootlicking or @Q recently.
Although rdrama.net isn't listed on the Roskomnadzor blacklist, rdrama's IP addresses are.

Looking closer at that: the IPs you're seeing there are Cloudflare's edge IPs. I don't think they're even rDrama-specific; I'm pretty sure they reuse those between sites. Might still be blocked, but some idiot in their Ministries of Truth might've just blocked all of Cloudflare.
ETA: Asked an actual Russian Dramanaut, who says we're still accessible.

It's perfectly accessible. The domains listed in the block decisions are for websites of casinos/drugs/hookers/etc.
