The original pong was released in 1972. That's 50 years ago.

Assuming neuron chips scale up at the same rate, in 50 years we should have a neuron that can comprehend the world well enough to play Elden Ring and speedrun it without any armor.

For something like Elden Ring I don't think so. At least I have never seen it. Standard neural nets start failing hard once you get games where there is any movement variety.

With OpenAI you probably could though. Or at least a mediocre g*mer with OpenAI.
