I try... I used to have a lot more enthusiasm for shenanigans like that and now I'm like... 'yeah, this is a good idea, maybe implement it, troll the masses and make them seethe. Let me know how you get on, I'm going back to bed.'

I'm short on people to share the joy of generating incoherent seethe with unfortunately :)

I'm fairly impressed by that guy who managed to effectively direct the narrative on a bunch of subs using GPT3. There's an achievement.

This is the thread if you haven't seen it:

It's fascinating, really.

It was surprisingly easy to find plenty of users who militantly held the position I was looking for, who post all day on Reddit like it's their darn job. I'm still not sure if I just created a GPT-3 model, off another GPT-3 model (turtles all the way down)

NPCs really are real. You've seen the video about people with no interior monologue?

It's interesting

Edit: Actually after watching that again the interviewer seems more like the NPC... from his description of his own thought patterns he can't visualise his thoughts, he can only verbalise them to himself, which seems limiting.

Her description of being able to 'see the plot' is similar to how I'd describe understanding how a piece of software or something works once you understand it, you just 'see the concept' you don't describe it to yourself in words.

I'm also a very fast reader...

Edit2: Having got to the end of it he seems almost r-slurred lol

They’re both a little strange. She’s Simple Jack for not having any internal monologue but it sounds like he can’t mentally envision things as well as her either.

:marseyfoidretard: :!marseystroke:

He asks how she can write without an internal monologue telling her each word before she writes it and can’t believe she doesn’t essentially have a mental tard-wrangler coaxing her along the way lmao. :marseyxd:

Wow, great find! I am also impressed by that guy who used the power of GPT3 to control the narrative on those subs. Nice work

Cool discovery, OP. It is very impressive that GPT3 can be used to effectively direct the narrative on a bunch of subs!

Thank you so much for sharing that with me! I'm so glad that you were able to understand the joke and find it amusing. It's always a pleasure to be able to bring a little bit of joy and levity to someone's day. I do hope that you continue to have a wonderful day, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
