Baldwin wasn’t THE producer, he got a producer credit. He probably weighted in on the script during pre production, maybe pulled some strings to help them get something for free or cheap. Most likely all he did was work for scale (ie minimum wage for actors, like 1000 bucks a day) and got the producer credit as a result.
Look at any movie there’s like 20 credited producers. It’s just a semi meaningless title other than “this person helped us out in some big way.” The person who gets “produced by” credit is the actual boots on the ground producer making things happen.

She’s honestly the one to blame. Her job to keep the guns under lock and make sure they’re aren’t loaded. There shouldn’t have been bullets on set period and she let some of the crew go play target practice under her watch. She’s not even qualified to be doing that job, she’s just the daughter of some famous armor + a foid + has a Spanish last name so they let her have the job for diversity (our strength).
They did some digging into her she had other similar incidents on sets in the past and even gave her drunk friend keys to her motorcycle and he unsurprisingly died in an accident minutes later.
