There was (is? Idk and idc to lookup if he changed name) this user called sal who prominently featured an anthro femboy white shark as his avatar and user banner, and had some other gimmick I don't remember. When the Russia Ukraine invasion happened, on every drama post related to that, he would comment: "watch this go nowhere in two weeks" and he was such a cute twink about it that the phrase stuck. I actually don't know if it started earlier, that's when I remember recognizing him in every thread. Someone made that marsey in reference to him, and it turned into the rdrama way of saying "nothing ever happens"
