Does the judge know what a monopoly is? hmmmm If I could choose my electric company, that would be great.

Monopoly is when a corporation has ~40% market share according to the people who shrieked about Disney buying 20th century Fox.

40% share is a pretty good rule, it makes it impossible for a company to hoard and grow while the country fails

Im half a libertarian but I'm all for strict anti super mega Corp enforcement
Let the courts cuck them, they are almost never good businesses by the time they are anywhere near an anti trust courtroom. There should be way more of these cases.
The only exception is the prices Amazon offers for shipping, they can't touch that one, I don't care how many dead Nigerians were involved in making that happen

This is always something that's bugged me about lolberts. I can get behind limiting the power of government, that makes a lot of sense, but once corps get large enough they can behave as de facto governments and influence governments in ways it would be impossible for the average person or group to counter. If you want to kneecap the government's ability to interfere with your freedom, you should be wary of any large group or structure, not just the state.

They get that power from government. Regulation is fricking another great avenue for them.

I am pretty sure the courts give leeway to the extent that we won't notice your monopoly as long as it actually keeps making things better, but the moment you start failing or hoarding too much and slowing things down, we are coming for you.
