Amazon's support is absolute fricking dogshit, particularly for sellers, and even if you become a "premium seller" (meaning you pay money for better/faster support + a few other benefits). We even had like 2 personal contacts (who were fellow Germs, not jeets) :marseyfluffyannoyed:

I used to work for a small company who had multiple bestsellers in very competitive product niches, and we had some kind of account-wide bug that would force us to have to contact support in order to make any changes on a product listing affected by the bug. :marseyrage: We are talking changing a single letter in the title or a bullet point would just return an error on our end. YEARS of this, never got fixed, never even got some sort of workaround or whatever :marseytrollgun: Changing a title or bullet point isn't this rare thing either, you do it constantly, so this bug turned a literal 30 second task into a multi-day nightmare of wrangling with the jeet support (we couldn't "escalate" the issue to our personal contacts until 48 hours later, no matter how many times this had happened) :pepereegun:

I swore off of any Amazon-centric marketing positions from then on, Amazon has hit a point of market-dominance to where they don't have to care about their sellers because there are 100 new "brands" every day from chinks who are copying/stealing other successful/high quality products that aren't made in slave factories :marseyjewoftheorient:

God knows how bad it is for people who don't pay for premium support or don't have a top-seller :marseyaware:

Sorry but this fricking triggered me :marseyschizotwitch:

Thing with Amazon is they're so big that they need not care about any bug impacting only a single user
