It's a grift. I've seen this botted up to the top of several subreddits but in reality it's a "student" selling $60 subscriptions to a shitty AI.
He even made a "proof" video of a live interview where it's painfully awkward and obvious that something isn't right.

I sat in on an interview last year and the guy making the hiring decisions immediately noticed that the candidate was answering questions using ChatGPT. You can hear them typing, there's a pause, and their answer doesn't sound conversational. Even if they weren't using ChatGPT, it's the same shit from 10 years ago where you can tell someone is reading their answer from a Wikipedia article or something.
On the other hand, if the thing can get you past those two question google interviews where you have 45 minutes to solve two problems, that would be pretty hard to detect I would think.
