So I overheard a Ukrainian saying to a Russian "вы со своими "не будем мешать" допустили то, что недострана сейчас каждый день убивает мирных людей моей страны. Мне глубоко плевать на мнение таких людей, как вы".

Google translate does a decent job except for "недострана", which it translates as "nemostrana". I found out that it's a made up work form "under" and "country", but what it really means I have no clue. Especially under context of the war?
