Google translate does a decent job except for "недострана", which it translates as "nemostrana". I found out that it's a made up work form "under" and "country", but what it really means I have no clue. Especially under context of the war?

I probably should've included the google translate in the op "You and your 'will not interfere' have allowed that Nemostrana now kills the peaceful people of my country every day." As suggested by someone else deepL uses "non-country" for it.
But that doesn't really make sense to me. Why is Russia "not quite a country"?
Someone mentioned "Untermensch -> недочеловек" and that there might be a connection there? As a German I do know about Untermenschen and there are definitely subhuman/below human things implied. As in ... they're not "advanced"/developed enough to be considered humans.
And bonus question: why the frick would google use "m" for the "д" in "недострана"?

In reference to a country yes but it's not inherently derogatory. It's often used when something tries to be something else unsuccessfully.
It's kind of an odd insult. But the idea is that they're acting more like a bunch of barbarians than a civilized country is my best guess.
