It's a bit better than South Korea but if they mobilise the 18-25 year old it will be the last mobilisation that at best case will give them 6 months and then they not only will lose the fight against Russia but Ukraine will be history.
The reason why the fight continues now is because Zelenskyy doesn't know how to steep out without getting killed. Nobody in Ukraine now believes they going to get the territory back or win so obviously they don't want to be mobilised
