I'm pretty sure this isn't from BBC or even TV news. The way he's talking and referencing previous 'videos I recorded' sounds more like a vlog or YouTube. This guy is the bbc Ukraine correspondant

Found it. It's a pro-Ukrainian channel set up by some poet-professor type and a Ukrainian travel blogger. Interviews people over the war and Ukrainian society at large.
