There no need to ban Xbox sales since MS is doing it then self around the world 
It also would made sense if any of those consoles were EU made.
And controlling drones from consoles is possible if the console is in dev mode and has custom software and always online connections. Or if the console is jailbroken. Yes in the past you could use consoles as pc with Linux support on ps2 and ps3.
