So the full story Czech promises 400k 155mm and 400k smaller calibre Czech ammo. Ukraine told it doesn't need it. Czech told it sold as package. After Czech got the money they send Ukraine the Czech ammo only and so the story ends. Czech basically sold their small calibre shells at price of 155mm
