But that money is 80 billion send in aid. And Ukraine got around 200 billion total aid so around 120 billions is salaries, food and etc for Ukrainian citizens, some of that money was even used to pay Ukrainian credits and with interest
You could also read why Biden despite getting permission to use lend lease scheme he never used it because he didn't wanted to force Ukraine to ever pay back for the help
