Russia just secured more weapons supplies for itself.

The fact that they are depending on North Korea for equipment suggests that they really are running very low.

They have both now provided each other a security guarantee in case of an invasion.

China probably doesn't care as North Korea is too small and only functions to provide arms supplies to Russia.

Is north Korea big enough to be able to provide all of Russia's military equipment needs? Big enough to resupply artillery.

The Russians have secured their ammo for this war. Which means Ukraine will not win by Russia running out of artillery.

Ukraine will never have enough of those, US can't build 500 missiles a year and the hit rate is below 50% so even if we assume hit rate is 50% than they can stop only 250 missile a year. That's just 2 months of stoping Russian missiles attack. This situation is when Russia still didn't played Iranian and Chinese missiles card.
