As someone who used to occasionally brawl in my wild youth I can confirm it's the short stocky kings you need to watch out for way more than the tall dudes.

Short dudes either become the funny sidekick who can talk their way out of a fight or they learn to fight and are forged by it.

Plus a shorter dude has a lot more advantages in a fight than a 6'5 twig.

I've taken hooks straight to my chin and barely even flinched while a graze on my temple left me dizzy. It really depends on how you get hit, not so much the force.

Sort of, I suppose. It's the puncher's chance. No matter how skilled you are or how tough you are, anybody can go down to the puncher's chance. The 4 move check still requires some strategy. No strategy in the puncher's chance.

Keep a guard up to protect your jaw and let the punch fizzle on your shoulder. Counter can be a well placed uppercut while the opponent is open.

btw an open handed slap gets you more humiliation points compared to a punch. a genuine rarity these days

Unironically and it's also far more difficult to anticipate than a punch. If you get your technique down, it's lightning quick. I've seen people get knocked out cold from well placed slaps.
