at least for us when that blast of hot air hits you it's a bittersweet feeling, like you're finally home but god darn the heat and humidity is disgusting

The gulf states are like “why the frick is it humid, isn't this a fricking desert? Oh well, I'll have a beer—25 bucks for a Stella? Awesome”

lmao i guess at least in parts of South East Asia not called Singapore with the same shitty weather beer is very cheap
but i can understand the sentiment of paying 25 bucks for a beer in muslim countries because it's so inconvenient to find alcohol there sometimes
they probably make good rehab centres when you think about it

Probably, you'd sweat it out in a few days.
Yeah, in The Phillipines you can buy an ice cold San Mig for like 50 cents, not even exaggerating. Too bad I don't really drink.

Idk how white people live in Houston or Austin. I grew up in the north and the 40c heat when I visited where you need to go from shadow to shadow when in public is weird. I guess locals only just ever walk from their cars<>BBQ restaurant entrance.

yeah that's probably the main difference here since a lot of people take public transport where you'd inevitably be exposed to the elements
i've started taking public transport again these past few months after several years of only driving and it does get when you exit the air-conditioned buses or train stations lol
but it's a pretty fun way to explore the island so it's not that bad lol

It's the only game the FAs can get away with whoring out to foreign countries without too much backlash. Italy have been at it for decades now

It's been awhile since I lived there. I remember during this time the temperature would be a nice 10-15 degrees.
