yeah that's probably the main difference here since a lot of people take public transport where you'd inevitably be exposed to the elements

i've started taking public transport again these past few months after several years of only driving and it does get :marseyburn: when you exit the air-conditioned buses or train stations lol

but it's a pretty fun way to explore the island so it's not that bad lol

All the Gulf states are trying to diversify as much as possible and build towards future. Domestic league investment is good for tourism AND to keep local population happy, foreign football investment is great for political capital (so was the WC).
