What could the injury possibly be? Jacob Degrom was injury prone as heck and got 5 years at a near record AAV. Luka was in the Finals LAST YEAR and looked good this year.

I can only assume someone paid someone under the table to make the Lakers relevant again. Because why wouldn't he at least shop Luka around. Rigged or the GM is a moron for not maximizing the trade.
That would be funniest outcome, especially to watch people who burned their jerseys slither back to the fanbase.
