Context: Man City footballer Benjamin Mendy was found not guilty for raping 5 women back in January, with that jury failing to reach a verdict on two additional charges. Today, a new jury has cleared him of those as well.

It's sketchy. There were eight cases originally and 6 of those ended up being deemed not guilty because there was good evidence the women were outright lying and colluding. This trial just here were the two that were ruled inconclusive and I guess the jury just didn't see either as clearing the high burden of proof.

No, the women were all escorts who knew each other and colluded to extort him. 6 charges were dropped by prosecutors and 2 separate juries found him not guilty on the remaining 2. It’s all bullshit and he didn’t do anything.
