I'm kind of shaped like a bullfrog (broad shoulders, a belly, no butt, slim hips and thighs). I have a heck of time finding pants that fit right. I lost weight and have been trying to find new clothes and I complained to my husband that clothes I try on just don't fit. He believes I can change my body shape through exercise. He's now on my shit list. I'm venting, but if other ladies with my unfortunate body shape can recommend jeans that might fit, please let me know.

A lot of body fat distribution is hormonally driven. She likely has excess estrogen (which converts to testosterone) so losing weight would definitely change her hormonal profile + in turn body shape. It's really hard for women to gain enough muscle to completely change their shape/fat distribution through that alone though.

it doesn't, excess T turns into E but not the other way around

Pretty sure excess estrogen turns to testosterone in women which is why fat women develop PCOS and grow facial hair? I could be mistaken though.

I hope Ozempic turns out to be like Olestra, and gives people the trots or brain-AIDS, because I hate the thought of lazy gluttons having an easy way out of their lack of self control.

She's a Redditor so she's probably out of shape. But yeah it said she lost weight, she probably just has an unfortunate fat distribution.

I lost 30 pounds doing keto a few years ago. You'll drop all kinds of fat, but your muscle goes right with it if you don't work out at all.
