I knew a foid in a psychward who kept talking about how she kept thinking about killing her dog before killing herself, then absolutely seethed because she abandoned the dog to her parents to go live her best life after the psych ward stuff, and her father developed this real close special relationship with the dog. Dog was his best buddy, seemed to give him life. This b-word later never shut the frick up about how they stole the dog from her.
