You have got it flipped around. A moid will escape the blame 100% of the time if given the opportunity. He too is only human. The difference between foids and moids is that a moid can be pinned down and punished if he fricks up. As management or the boss your hands are far more tied up when it comes to forcing foids to take responsibility for their frick ups even in the work space.

No moid can say he is being punished because they don't like men, and even if he could everybody would abandon him in time for being taken advantage of. A man cannot get away with complaining his way through life unless he becomes a pure NEET. A foid can even while trying to get elected as President, and the crowd will defend her still.
