even in the absence of DEI we still devote a ton of energy to insuring it's way dicier to fire a black woman than a white man. it's a long way to go before we turn into japan or korea where foids are actually structurally oppressed in the workplace. :marseyshrug:

hey nippon sama. Our business that has been making 100 dollars worth of profit EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. is being told to hire foids instead of moids going forward, and half the foids are leaving the job for a year or two once they get pregnant, meanwhile the moids stay. What should we do?

Frick em women. They can stay in the kitchen or work someplace else.

Foids getting the structure rebuilt with additional expenses to organizations to make up for biological differences is not a right but a privilege of living in times of prosperity for multiple generations. Asking corporations that only make enough profit to keep the lights on every year to go out of their way to expend even more resources to hire more foids isn't just bad business. It is downright evil.

During times of decay, structures revert to forms where things are the easiest to keep running without additional expenses to the business. Women in the workforce is a result of work getting easier while profits remained high enough. If a time ever came when businesses were cut to the bone to get things done, they will 100% fire all the women before all the men to save on costs.
