lifting the embargo wouldn't even matter. china :marseyxi: doesn't have an embargo on them but their trade with cuba is laughably small :marseytiny4: compared to the rest of latin :marseydayofthedead: america. they don't produce anything :marseycoleporter: competitive, they can't afford imports, and there's a good chance they won't even pay you.
