Some of my best college memories are getting loaded with my roommates and friends and playing Heroes Unlimited for 12 hours straight. Nothing compares to min maxxing your character to try and mess up the narrative the DM spent his time making.

How the frick do you go about getting a good RPG group in college? My uni's RPG scene is abysmal, it's all :soyquack: s and :marseytrain2: s playing masturbatory OC-fest D&D 5e games. I just want to play GURPS not-online for once :derpwhy:

Look at your game stores? Maybe you can find a group over that - and most likely the people will also be in your university.

Apart from that you can maybe try to make a flyer for a couple of GURPS one shots that you are willing to run (for different people every time). And after a few evenings you maybe have 3-4 people who don't seem insane. Then ask them if they're interested in running a bigger campaign.
