Yesterday I made a post about collaborative rdrama worldbuilding and today is the first post. We will be creating the races and geography of this world today.
You may notice that besides @Modern_Major_General's great inland lake there isn't much detail in this world. That's because you're going to add it.
Any addition is acceptable as long as you're not making a joke out of it. Check the pinned comment for a good example of how to add races, but you don't have to do it in that way.
To change georgaphy just tell me an area you wan't to change and I will. I can add mountains and change the biome and such.

I think there should be a rich multicultural, multiracial huge urban area, which is a city-state called Drama City somewhere in a very strategic and defenseble position. I think it should have a bay to easily defend it from the sea and mountains around to be easily defensible from the land too.
It should be located in one of these 3 places, the one that ends up being strategically the best place I'm not sure which one is the best.

That's good but they should be a kinda loose collective, many times being in rivaly and acting against the interests of the other cities, not outright war, but sometimes secretly paying pirates to the attack the other cities ships and such.

That's just propaganda from the nearby human kingdom that claims its lands. They could only convince a bunch of chud humans of the city to believe they would bring safety, and stop crime, if they gave up the indepence of the city, and kneel to that king, but in reality that would just result in all non-humans becoming second class citiens and a lot of fun things being banned.

Description: Close cousins of humans, though generally shorter with stockier builds and fat faces. Exiled from the human lands long ago, they have adopted intense isolationism despite their small population. Generally regarded as grotesque in both appearance and demeanor, equally in part due to their lack of hygiene, ignorance of etiquette, and high frequency of red hair. They make poor fighters and worse laborers due to their immobile limbs and poor coordination. However, some of them do become expert craftsmen or scholars in one particular area each.

Edited my race sheet. Here is the information about the island in the bottom right corner.
The Arslurians refer to their homeland as Arrland. It is a rocky, windswept island, lacking in trees but abundant in verdant fields and jagged cliffs. Due the cold temperatures and frequent gales, most family homes are dug into the side of hills or otherwise partially underground, making them sort of basement like dwellings. Arslurians are a solitary people, most choosing to live and work remotely, gathering only once a week to discuss magic and other interests they may share. The capital, Downsshire, is the only settlement of note, about the size of a large human village. It is home to the only deepwater port on the island, though few ships are allowed to dock there, and fewer choose to do so. Kemonomimi species seem to hold most of these positions as special friends and honored guests.
The soil quality is universally poor and as such the only crop grown there in any serious quantity is the potato. The finest local delicacy is made of the tender pectoral muscles of the migratory birds that yearly make the island home. Almost all meals are fried in the copious fats of the baby seals which sleep upon the southern shores, caught and killed with bare hands so as to ensure purity. Herds of goats are kept for their milk, solely drank fresh as cheese is widely considered to be yucky. Fishing is, by all accounts, beyond their capabilities.
Local governance works differently, yet similarly to many human kingdoms. Nobility is decided not by family but by ability. The most capable of mind are appointed as magistrates in an organization known as the Ranglors. The more capable the Ranglor is, the more Arslurians they oversee. The highest position in the organization, the Master Ranglor, holds power equivalent to a monarch. In essence though, all of these positions serve the same purposes: to mediate conflicts between citizens, dishing out punishments if necessary; ensure work is done correctly, and in a timely manner; and to identify and rectify safety hazards. Despite this stratification of their society, material wealth is similarly low among all classes.

Emperor Bbc (pronounced Be-be-ke) of the Kang empire has to be one of the most controversial leaders in recent history.
Having earned title 'The Whoremonger' from his subjects for his lavish lifestyle, he had extreme nymphomanic tendencies and instead of opting for a court wife, was the first emperor to have a dedicated harem. In particular he had a preference towards foreign women, especially those of the northern realms. This desire of his was so strong that he established a state-run slaver company that would kidnap northerner women and ship them to his kingdom. This eventually caused a massive diplomatic rift between Kang Empire and the Northern kingdoms. In addition to that, under his rule the court expenses rose from measly 13% to 52% of the total state budget. This loss of diplomatic ties combined with state bankruptcy marked the end of the once proud Kang Empire, that once stood at the forefront of scientific and cultural innovation, reducing the current inhabitants to nothing more than spearchuckers. Among the current Kangs however not all believe in the foolishness of the Emperor, with many believing that it was a deliberate attempt by the North to destabilize their country. This results in a very hostile sentiment among Kangs toward northerners.
Not believing themselves in their current state to be worthy of being called Kangs, their memorable battlecry "We were Kangs!" reflects the sentiment.

My shitposty but also workable idea is the Redditor.
The Redditors are a human culture but heavily altered by generations of Bardic rule — the bards being the primary influence on their culture. Thanks to the bards and their strict control of expression, the Redditors are a hive minded society where consensus is reached quickly. Their social cohesion is high and they react quickly to situations, but there is little in the way of free thinking and reform.
Redditors who defy the bards are banished, so wandering Redditors might be found all over the land and aligned with any faction. As an ethnicity the Redditor could be quite versatile, since Redditors from the homeland will all act in their standard manner, but Redditors found elsewhere can be wildly adaptable and versatile in their tropes given that they were exiled for individuality.
As for where they go on the map, just put them next to where the majority of humans live.

Description: As a series of sentient convection cells these beings are a riotous mass of roiling storms, rain, thunder and clouds. Able to shine and froth with rage or appear placid and cumulus at rest. Obsessed with reenacting grand theatre and drama becoming wholly consumed by their roles until the end of the act. Lots of collateral damages as everyone around them is seen as props.

Sorry lapp but could add a big meteor crater at (see image). The divine storms migrate there in a massive crater full of disturbing ruins and crazy weather. Rumours have it that a decadent civilisation was founded there and the God's punished them for their hedonism. The storms seem to reenact bizarre tales and plays meant to resemble the story of that civilisations downfall as a divine message and warning to never fall as lowly as them.

Near the center of the world lies the unnaturally tall Tower of Fable, a mythical place that is said to be the connection between Heaven and Earth, the origin of the supernatural both good and evil. It's light shines brilliantly through even the darkest night, and is a place of pilgrimage for both aspiring Wizards and Diviners, even if few ever make it. It's said to be guarded by one 'Tower Master Wellvis' and those who may enter are granted a deep connection to the divine and the fantastical (magic).

The area surrounding it is treacherous and unpredictable due to the festering power. No one knows precisely where the Island is, and seafarers generally try to sail around.
Those who have visited the island claim paradoxically it's both devilishly cold and hellishly hot.

I also want to submit Agartha. Agartha is an underground chud paradise that exists through subterranean tunnels so they could really pop up anywhere on the map. They were human once but now they're altered slightly (a little different from humans at least)
Are you familiar with the Dwemer from Elder Scrolls? The Agarthans have bitchin' genre defying technology like that because they're a society of intellectuals without any jiggers or joggers, if you know what I mean

It's a little on the nose but I like the idea of a human culture where on one hand everyone from the “kingdom” proper is x, but then all the people exiled from the kingdom will be y, so it'd a combination of a one note faction but a versatile race.
