Ideas for an Ancient Egyptian themed campaign

I've wanted to dm a dnd campaign with an Ancient Egyptian setting for a long time but I'm unoriginal and can't come up with any ideas for it so please suggest some so I can steal them when I eventually get around to doing this.

Killing all the first born children is pretty evil. Can force convert by eating the flesh and drinking the blood of an acolyte. Maybe work in a pope-mobile style chariot!
