I'm looking to get a 3D printer for printing out some The Old World stuff, and various historical minis. I know I'll need a resin printer for it but that's about where my knowledge ends. Afaik 4k is fine resolution wise as I'm not a golden demon level painter so I'm not worried about the little bit of detail loss on 4k to 8k
Beyond that I have no idea. I'm s 
so not looking for anything insanely pricey. User friendly would be good too as I can be

For the price it's really good. I've printed Battletech and other minis with it and they turn out great, basically as good as you would get from the "official" minis. Once you get the settings tuned in the failure rate is low and the detail is phenomenal.
Resin is kind of a pain in the butt to work with tbh but for minis it's worth it for the detail.
