Custodes are Terran babies pumped full of drugs and science to turn them into True Aryans.

Space Marines are savage teenboys who get their testicles replaced with super-testicles and injected with gene-sperm retconned to gene-seed and get surgically altered to turn them into sterile Mega Muscle Mutts with foot long flaccid dongs for some reason that was important even though their peepees don't work.

Also it is now canonically possible that Traitor Marines could have r*ped or sexually brutalized Female Custodes during the Heresy and maybe even turned their wombs into proto-Daemonculaba. Yay more r*pe jokes in 40k!
